Pin Aesthetics is owned and operated by Sophie Dyson, qualified Nurse Prescriber specialising in medical aesthetics, skincare, and laser tattoo removal.

Our clinic also hosts independent, self‑employed practitioners who rent treatment rooms within the premises:

• Leah Dyson – Lash Technician, Laser Tattoo Removal Technician, and Body Piercer (self‑employed)
• Laura Duncan – Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist (self‑employed)
• Robyn Gough – Tattoo Artist and Body Piercer (self‑employed)

Each practitioner is responsible for their own treatments, insurance, client care, and business operations.

2. Medical Aesthetics Services

All medical aesthetic treatments (including injectables, prescription‑only skincare, and clinical procedures) are carried out solely by Sophie, a qualified Nurse Prescriber.

By booking a medical aesthetics appointment, you acknowledge that:

• A full consultation and medical assessment may be required before treatment.
• Treatment is not guaranteed and may be refused if deemed clinically inappropriate.
• Results vary between individuals.
• Aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure safety and optimal results.

3. Independent Practitioners

The practitioners listed above operate as independent, self‑employed businesses within the Pin Aesthetics premises.

This means:

• They set their own prices, policies, and working hours.
• They are responsible for their own insurance, qualifications, and treatment outcomes.
• Any concerns, complaints, refunds, or follow‑up queries relating to their services must be directed to them directly.

Pin Aesthetics is not liable for services provided by self‑employed practitioners.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with the relevant practitioner.
• A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Booking fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations or rescheduling typically require 48 hours’ notice (or the timeframe set by the individual practitioner).
• Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in loss of deposit or a charge, depending on the practitioner’s policy.

5. Payments

• Payments for Sophie’s medical aesthetics and skincare services are taken directly by Pin Aesthetics.
• Payments for services provided by self‑employed practitioners are taken directly by them.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Age Restrictions

• Medical aesthetic treatments are strictly 18+.
• Tattooing and body piercing services follow UK legal age requirements.
• Proof of age may be requested.

7. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical information during consultation.
• Pin Aesthetics and all self‑employed practitioners follow strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Liability

Pin Aesthetics is responsible only for treatments carried out by Sophie.

Pin Aesthetics is not responsible for:

• Treatments performed by self‑employed practitioners
• Adverse reactions resulting from withheld medical information
• Failure to follow aftercare advice
• Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises

Each practitioner holds their own insurance and professional responsibility.
