1. About Us<\/p>

Pin Aesthetics is owned and operated by Sophie Dyson, qualified Nurse Prescriber specialising in medical aesthetics, skincare, and laser tattoo removal.<\/p>

Our clinic also hosts independent, self\u2011employed practitioners who rent treatment rooms within the premises:<\/p>

\u2022 Leah Dyson \u2013 Lash Technician, Laser Tattoo Removal Technician, and Body Piercer (self\u2011employed)
\u2022 Laura Duncan \u2013 Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist (self\u2011employed)
\u2022 Robyn Gough \u2013 Tattoo Artist and Body Piercer (self\u2011employed)<\/p>

Each practitioner is responsible for their own treatments, insurance, client care, and business operations.<\/p>

All treatments include everything listed on my booking app plus the treatments offered by the girls on self employed basis including
Semi permanent lashes
Permanent make up
Laser tattoo removal
Tattoo
And all aesthetics treatments by myself including injectable treatments skin care and meicet skin Anylizer<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2. Medical Aesthetics Services<\/p>

All medical aesthetic treatments (including injectables, prescription\u2011only skincare, and clinical procedures) are carried out solely by Sophie, a qualified Nurse Prescriber.<\/p>

By booking a medical aesthetics appointment, you acknowledge that:<\/p>

\u2022 A full consultation and medical assessment may be required before treatment.
\u2022 Treatment is not guaranteed and may be refused if deemed clinically inappropriate.
\u2022 Results vary between individuals.
\u2022 Aftercare instructions must be followed to ensure safety and optimal results.<\/p>

3. Independent Practitioners<\/p>

The practitioners listed above operate as independent, self\u2011employed businesses within the Pin Aesthetics premises.<\/p>

This means:<\/p>

\u2022 They set their own prices, policies, and working hours.
\u2022 They are responsible for their own insurance, qualifications, and treatment outcomes.
\u2022 Any concerns, complaints, refunds, or follow\u2011up queries relating to their services must be directed to them directly.<\/p>

Pin Aesthetics is not liable for services provided by self\u2011employed practitioners.<\/p>

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy<\/p>

\u2022 Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with the relevant practitioner.
\u2022 A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
\u2022 Booking fees are non\u2011refundable unless otherwise stated.
\u2022 Cancellations or rescheduling typically require 48 hours\u2019 notice (or the timeframe set by the individual practitioner).
\u2022 Late cancellations or no\u2011shows may result in loss of deposit or a charge, depending on the practitioner\u2019s policy.<\/p>

5. Payments<\/p>

\u2022 Payments for Sophie\u2019s medical aesthetics and skincare services are taken directly by Pin Aesthetics.
\u2022 Payments for services provided by self\u2011employed practitioners are taken directly by them.
\u2022 Prices are subject to change without notice.<\/p>

6. Age Restrictions<\/p>

\u2022 Medical aesthetic treatments are strictly 18+.
\u2022 Tattooing and body piercing services follow UK legal age requirements.
\u2022 Proof of age may be requested.<\/p>

7. Health & Safety<\/p>

\u2022 Clients must disclose all relevant medical information during consultation.
\u2022 Pin Aesthetics and all self\u2011employed practitioners follow strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
\u2022 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.<\/p>

Pin Aesthetics is responsible only for treatments carried out by Sophie.<\/p>

Pin Aesthetics is not responsible for:<\/p>

\u2022 Treatments performed by self\u2011employed practitioners

\u2022 Failure to follow aftercare advice
\u2022 Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises<\/p>

Each practitioner holds their own insurance and professional responsibility.<\/p>
